Customer FAQs
We ship all goods within 24 hours. These services are normally delivered the next working day, although they can sometimes take longer. Orders must be placed before 2pm to guarantee same day dispatch.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes, you can choose a different delivery address during checkout.

Will I receive an invoice with VAT?
Yes, VAT invoices will be sent as a PDF file via email.

Can I order by phone?
Yes, provided you have already placed an order with us. To place an order by phone, you can call us between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please note that we only ship to your billing address if you place your order over the phone.

What if some of my items are out of stock and others are in stock?
We will contact you to give you the choice of having a delivery when your order is complete or we can send the items we have first while we wait for the return ordered to arrive (no additional delivery charge for this) .
